The double-faced adhesive component of this product has been laboratory tested and has been specifically medically conceived to avoid any pain when removing it from the skin and to be water resistant and hypoallergenic.

This adhesive has F.D.A.* approval. *Food and Drugs Administration  

Nevertheless recommended use is up to 4 days. Should any redness appear on removal of the skin jewel, this is not due to an allergic reaction, but simply because the skin beneath has not breathed. This redness should disappear within a couple of hours.

Other uses

Possibility to reuse the jewel by sticking it on clothing (which can subsequently be cool machine washed), or on any object (such as cell phone, diary, furniture...).
