This is a non-refundable product.

Products will ship within 48hrs of placing order. 

Although we endevour to maintain adequete stock to meet demands we do occasionally run into restocking delays as these items are imported from Paris, France and are required to go through rigorous custom controls.  If this occurs, you will be contacted and given the choice for a full refund of the selected item or if you choose, have the item placed on backorder and shipped upon arrival.
